In the 2019 Riyadh season, the largest cultural and recreational activity in Saudi Arabia's history aims to develop Saudi Arabia's tourism industry and build the largest entertainment center in the Middle East. The large fireworks water dance show costing 30 million is the core project of the night tour in this season's activities.

The multimedia water show project is located on the east side of Laiyuan Lake. Its design incorporates traditional cultural connotation and is inspired by "Buddha's hand strokes the lotus".
