Project Location: Guangzhou Development Zone, Green Axis Plaza
Green Axis Plaza is located at the heart of Science City. With convenient transportation, it mirrors the Science Plaza on the opposite side. It is the best venue for the fountain, music and lighting show in Science City. The spacious area of the plaza is interconnected by green paths and skywalks that link various nearby parks, making it a must-visit spot for foreign visitors to the Development Zone, a popular place for citizens to relax and enjoy, and a key external showcase of the area.
Fountain Introduction: Interactive Dry Fountain
The interactive dry fountain is a popular type of outdoor dynamic fountain. It creates a unique effect where water directly spray out from the ground by installing the nozzles and equipment beneath a specially processed stone surface. The fountain moves up and down to the rhythm of the music, with lights changing in vibrant colors accordingly. When installed at hotels or shopping malls, it offers a more upscale experience and helps attract customers. When placed in parks or plazas, it creates a fun and dynamic environment. When the fountain is active, it offers a musical fountain show; and visitors, including children, can interact and play with it. When it is off, pedestrians can walk over the surface without any disruption.
Project Overview: Using the Latest Technology for an Upgraded Fountain Experience
The project employs single-pump, single-inverter, enabling each nozzle to be controlled independently. This allows for a greater variety of fountain shapes and performances.
Electrical System Upgrade:
The system uses multimedia computer-based intelligent music control, ensuring that the fountain's shapes and lighting changes synchronize with the music. This creates a perfect blend of water, light, and color with the music’s rhythm. The water shapes appear soft and graceful during calm rhythm, while they are dynamic and powerful during energetic rhythm, bringing the fountain to life and highlighting the artistic beauty of water.
Lighting System:
Using advanced DMX512 digital lighting, the colors are bright, vibrant, and stable. The lighting effects can be arranged in various patterns, either on their own or coordinated with the fountain performance.
Detail Design:
The fountain design considers height limits for children’s play. The fountain height can be set between 0 to 1 meter during specific times for children and visitors to play in. During non-interactive periods, the fountain will switch to a more visually appealing mode.
Water Pressure Control:
Using inverter to control, the water column height adjusts within a certain range to accommodate different visitors. The water rises slowly when the fountain is activated, ensuring the water pressure is controlled to avoid overly strong bursts.
