1) Collection and processing of music signals:
In this process, the music signal collection is completed by the music digital acquisition analyzer with DSP chip. While completing the data collection, the music collection analyzer will collect the incoming signal according to the algorithm of analyzing the music. The elements and characteristics of the signal are transformed into digital signals with specific rules and output to the central control station-industrial computer. (The music collection analyzer is a name defined according to the function completed by the device. In fact, the device may not be this name, but another name. In the above flowchart, the part that completes the collection and transmission of music signals It is a hardware device, but the part that completes the collection and analysis of the music signal in the actual process can also be completed by the configuration software special driver or the special data acquisition program developed under the configuration software platform.
2) The processing process of the harmonious correspondence between the water shape in the music fountain and the digital signal output by the music collection analyzer:
In this process, the operator should configure the corresponding water shape for the music according to the melody of the playing music. The configuration can be stored in the configuration software program, and the parameters can also be modified as needed. In this process, the following modes can be defined according to the needs of users:

Hardware configuration:
The hardware configuration is: industrial computer or touch screen man-machine interface + PLC + frequency converter with network communication function.
Note: Due to the scattered locations of the various control mechanisms of the musical fountain, the user has a real-time control
The requirements are also stricter, so in the project, the industrial computer and PLC adopt the standard TCP/IP communication protocol to exchange data with the communication method of industrial fast Ethernet.

※Inverter:
The frequency converter receives the control signal output by the PLC through the ommunication network in real time to make the speed of the water pump change synchronously with the music, so that the sprayed water column can fluctuate with the height of the music and the rhythm of the music, achieving the special artistic effect of the music fountain . When selecting the inverter, you must pay attention to: inverter signal response speed, start and stop torque, DC bus apacitor filter parameters, inverter start and stop times per unit time index, electromagnetic compatibility index, reliability and other parameters. As network communication methods are becoming more and more popular nowadays, when selecting inverters, you should choose inverters with communication protocols and functions such as profibus and modbus. This control method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good control effect, long service life, safe and reliable work.
※Control cabinet:
The fountain special power distribution and control system is adopted, which is more suitable for the characteristics of waterscape operation. According to the number of control cabinets, distributed power and load properties, the power distribution cabinet can provide a power upply loop for each control cabinet. The entire waterscape control system adopts the GGD standard low-voltage cabinet box, which is of high quality and is a product qualified by the national electromechanical professional certification and CCC certification.
